This is the cyanotype process. It is done by coating a paper with photo reactive mixture which is only sensitive to UV light. The negative is printed from a digital file or done traditionally and then contact printed under a UV light box. After the print is washed and the image appears. Once washed and dried it is archival.

Thanks. These were taken in Italy while I was studying abroad. I am now working on argyrotypes and will have photos that I took in Greece two years ago. Thanks for keeping up.
